WHO WE ARE
The South-East Eagles Basketball Club has teams playing basketball in Knox from U/8's through to U/23's. We are proud to be able to offer players of all abilities the chance to play the great sport of basketball. Teams train once a week at State Basketball Centre, Knox Stadium or Rowville Community Centre and we have a great group of coaches who are committed to working hard to ensure that your child not only learns the skills and drills needed to play but also have fun! We have also appointed a Director of Coaching to assist in Coaching and Player education and development.
Under 8's through to Under 16's play on a Saturday at a number of venues around Knox, whilst under 19’s and 23's play on a Sunday evening.
South-East Eagles also have a hardworking and dedicated committee that makes sure that all its players, coaches and parents enjoy their time with Eagles.
South-East Eagles are partners with WNBL club the Melbourne Boomers with our members receiving great benefits from being aligned with a WNBL program.
We are always on the lookout for people wanting to put their hand up for coaching. We have plenty of resources and experienced coaches that can assist you, as well as the opportunity to undertake coaching courses.
We are a club that caters for all ages and abilities. From Under 8's all the way to Under 23's at a variety of skill levels and grades, everyone is welcome to wear the teal and black with pride.
Our small but hardworking group of volunteers ensure the smooth running of the club and we always welcome any other members who wish to contribute.
Team Managers play an important role in keeping the teams working smoothly each week.
Little Eagles and Baby Eagles are South-East Eagles' introductory programs for players as young as 3 right through until 8 years old. These are great programs to learn the skills of the game in a fun environment. Get in touch and come to the next session!
