Eagles receive Bendigo Community Bank grant towards USA Tour.
As many of you would be aware at the end of 2023 we will be taking a team to the USA on a basketball tour experience. As part of the planning for this trip we applied for a grant from the Bendigo Community Bank.
We are excited to announce that we have been successful in receiving our grant application towards the Club’s USA basketball experience for $2000.
South-East Eagles want to take the time to thank not only the Bendigo Bank Community application team and committee but also all of the great volunteers at our club.
Your work is valued & we thank you!
The grant for $2000 has been provided by Knox Community Bank Group Community.
And thank you to the customers of Bendigo Bank Ferntree Gully and Rowville who by simply banking with the community groups made this happen.
Knox Community Banking Group has given back now over $4 million straight into the community through organisations and clubs like ours.
There are two main reasons that Bendigo Bank is the better big bank in our opinion.
1) When you choose to be a customer of the Ferntree Gully Community Bank branches, you benefit your community. Everyday our customers help change and save lives, simply by banking with us. Community banking is based on a 'profit-with-purpose' model, which means the profits are returned directly to the community that has generated them, like our club.
2) Personal service. They are open Monday to Saturday from 9.30am – 5pm. They can come to you, or everything can be done over the phone or online!
For those of you that use Facebook please visit the Knox Community Bank Group page at: Community Bank Knox Group | Facebook & like/follow their page so we can show our support.
And if you want to talk banking, you can call Tina Doran on 0419 586 446 or email her at email@example.com
Please remember to mention your club/group at any appointment you have in branch.
We plan on soon holding a USA Tour information night and will advertise when the time and date has been booked in.
